As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive the shipment information / tracking as an HTML link by e-mail. This will be sent to your e-mail address stored in our system and to the e-mail address of the consignee / customer if you have specified this in your order.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Our warehouse is located in the port in a closed logistics terminal. Due to security requirements and for organizational reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer pick-ups.
Yes, our professional dropshipping service makes your online business easier, faster and more profitable. No storage costs, no shipping stress - just growth. We ship the orders directly to your customers. The customer and you will be informed of the shipment by e-mail, including a link to the tracking system. The invoice is automatically sent only to you.
Our offer is aimed exclusively at commercial customers, dealers, resellers and institutions. A valid VAT ID or proof of trade is required.
Once you have successfully registered as a retailer, we will activate your access to our TTP Partner Portal. You will then be able to see your individual purchase prices, stock levels and product data and place orders conveniently. You will receive product data for import into your store system from us on request. Please briefly explain your project and the systems used.
Orders received by 12:00 are usually dispatched on the same working day. Shipping is carried out by DHL, UPS or a forwarding agent - depending on size and weight. As soon as the order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to the shipment tracking.
